With the start of every new season it’s easy to overlook the importance of updating your jewelry to upgrade and personalise your look. For the ideal wardrobe refresh, explore new jewelry trends and take some risks with styling your everyday pieces. Necklaces and earrings might be the last thing you put on when piecing together an outfit, but they can make the difference between ordinary an exceptional.
Whether its shoulder-grazing earrings, heavy fringing and tassels, layers of beads and necklace chains or chunky pieces that add pops of vibrant colour we have all this this seasons musts
Here are some of our easy to follow top tips for the new season
Mixing metals
In a refreshing twist, we're now seeing more and more looks embracing mixed metals jewelry. Breaking all the old fashioned rules have fun mix pieces in different metal colours or pick up a single style that combines the colours all in one. Mix chunky silver styles with more delicate gold styles to keep it interesting and manage the budget. The result feels fresh and modern yet incredibly wearable, and we love the rejection of fashion "rules" that have sometimes limited our ability to have fun and personalise your mix |
Its all about beads and fringes
This seasons hottest trend of mixing long, layered necklaces allows style-savvy individuals to create a one-of-a-kind look by mixing, matching, and stacking their favorite chains, beaded styles, charms and pendants to create an eclectic mix of textures.
Tassels and fringes keep it interesting, elongating the body and adding movement and fluidity to the look
Chunky chains in silver serve as great base pieces. Add in additional charms, personalized motifs or pearls of different shapes and sizes to add femininity and your own personal touch. Don’t be afraid tomix metals, either: the more materials, the merrier.

Layering chains
2024 is all about layers and unexpected combinations. This trend includes mixed metal stacks, bold combinations, and creative takes on timeless styles that bring stacking to a new level. Pair necklaces of varying thickness textures and lengths. Choose real gold pieces to mix with fashion or costumer styles. We recommend sticking with high quality materilas to layer in with your fine jewelry: golfilled styles are our preference as they give the luxury feel of gold without the heavy price tag. Real pearls, semi-precious stone detailing or handcrafted beaded styles all add to the mix and still maintain a "grown up" feel. Don’t be afraid to mix metal colours or add in something vintage to create an eclectic mix. Metal chains are a staple of mine – I scan the vast variety of link styles to find my favorites. My top link choices are a figaro, a more chunky gurmet link or for longer styles thinner dodge or force chains win each time. Pearl jewelry is being layered and worn dressed up or down, but in a more modern and contemporary interpretation. From desk to dinner to red carpet, pearls are always a safe option.
