Please remember that as our ranges are all custom made and exclusive to us, our pieces may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
We have literally hundreds of styles each available in white yellow and rose gold with a choice of at least 5 stone colours...
We couldn't possibly have everything available for immediate delivery.
We do however try to minimise this lead time by holding limited stock of our best sellers and newest collections.
We will of  course get your pieces out to you as soon as we can so you can begin to enjoy your idesign purchase.

Our jewellery collections are beautifully crafted from a combination of 14ct gold (Yellow Gold, White Gold & Rose Gold) and diamonds, semi-precious stones or zirconia.
Shipping & Delivery
MYJOOLS offers Free Shipping on all Israel orders over $200 USD. For all other orders, a flat rate of 40 nis will apply to cover shipping and handling. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason (excluding faults), this postal cost is covered by the customer.
All orders to be shipped Internationally will incur a flat rate delivery fee of 50 nis.
Delivery times will be subject to the product being available in stock. The customer will be informed within 3 business days whether their ordered item(s) are in stock.
If the ordered item(s) is/are not in stock, the company will inform the customer within 3 business days from the moment of its approval (through a message or a phone call). Product production time takes up to 21 business days.
