Shipping & Delivery
MYJOOLS offers Free Shipping on all Israel orders over $200 USD. For all other orders, a flat rate of 40 nis will apply to cover shipping and handling. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason (excluding faults), this postal cost is covered by the customer.
All orders to be shipped Internationally will incur a flat rate delivery fee of 50 nis.
Delivery times will be subject to the product being available in stock. The customer will be informed within 3 business days whether their ordered item(s) are in stock.
If the ordered item(s) is/are not in stock, the company will inform the customer within 3 business days from the moment of its approval (through a message or a phone call). Product production time takes up to 21 business days.
