We stand behind the quality of our pieces. myjoolsbyilana offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US.

It is myjools promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please reach out to us at info@myjoolsbyilana.com so we can get this taken care of for you!

This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Within the first year of purchase, myjools will correct any manufacturing or quality-related problems at no cost. For any damages deemed normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined based on the assessment by our Jewelers. Once a fee is determined someone from myjools will contact you to arrange payment.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

After 1 year from the date of delivery myjools will happily assist with any repair at a fee plus additional tax and shipping cost.  

For issues with any of your jewelry, contact info@myjoolsbyilana.com and send us an email with the following details:

• Order number

• Name of the product

• Brief description of the damage and location

• Clear photos of the product (1 photo of the entire item and 1 close-up of the defect area)

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of myjools will void this warranty. 

*Gold-filled jewelry should not be worn in the bath or shower, in swimming pools or in seawater. Tarnishing elements act very slowly in the absence of moisture.
