1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
MYJOOLS offers free shipping on all Israel orders over $200 USD. For all other orders, a flat rate of 40 nis will apply to cover shipping and handling. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason (excluding faults), this postal cost is covered by the customer.
All orders to be shipped internationally will incur a flat rate delivery fee of 50 nis.
Please note, we do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and JurongIsland.
On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Delivery times will be subject to the product being available in stock. The customer will be informed within 3 business days (Sunday-Friday) that the ordered item(s) are in stock and the order will be forwarded to the delivery company for distribution.
If the ordered item(s) is/are not in stock, the company will inform the customer within 3 business days from the moment of its approval (through a message or a phone call). Product production time takes up to 21 business days. The customer will be informed as soon as the order is transferred to the delivery company for distribution.
An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
For domestic orders in Israel customer will be notified as soon as the shipment is transferred to distribution partner. The customer will receive a text message from the shipping company as-well. Delivery times will be determined by the shipping company, subject to the customer's residential area.
For international orders customers will be updated by email with the shipment number and/or the tracking number if available. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
